Ukrainian company “Briolight” since 2007 creates interactive equipment for education and rehabilitation. This is a unique company that has a full production cycle in Ukraine: scientific and methodological research, programming, production, installation and service. Approbation of electronic game and educational methods is carried out in the leading professional institutions of the country, including: State Institution “Ukrainian Medical Center for Rehabilitation of Children with Organic Nervous System Disorders of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine”, State Institution “Children's Specialized Clinical Sanatorium” Hadzhibey and others. Established international scientific cooperation with institutions from Germany and Israel. The unique software is constantly updated and improved in accordance with the recommendations of scientists, experts of experimental sites and users. The equipment has certificates of conformity, SEE conclusions, MES certificates, ISO certificate for quality management system.

All children are born with a desire to play. We increase the productivity of classes through gamification. Virtual and augmented reality technologies allow to create an individual “continuation” of the world for each person. For people with special needs, this “continuation” is more attractive than the reality that motivates them to do the exercises.

The interactive effects of the Briolight platform motivate children with special needs to master new movements, skills, abilities - that is, to enrich the sensory experience. • Schools, kindergartens, inclusive centers. The product line for this segment is based on a more complex line for rehabilitation and includes: interactive floors, interactive projection sandboxes, interactive panels for children with a diagonal of 43 and 32 inches, as well as speech therapy mirrors and interactive mirrors. Serial products have been operating for many years in more than 250 institutions across the country: both in the field of correction and treatment, and for educational and developmental purposes.
• Rehabilitation centers for children and adults (Kyiv City Center for Rehabilitation of Children with Disabilities, Darnytsya Orphanage and others). Interactive rooms help to successfully solve numerous tasks and are completed according to the profile and requests of each individual institution. The line of equipment is much wider, and the technical characteristics and software differ from the previous segment. In addition to the products covered above, in such rooms it is possible to additionally equip the following products: interactive controller of large and small motility; interactive wall, gyroscope, metronome, acoustic correction system.

Innovative properties of products

Extensive practical experience has helped to create a number of practically conditioned innovative properties of Briolight products in the following directions: methodical content, software, hardware features and service .

Innovative methodological support: created interactive effects that contain as corrective, and training components adapted to specific categories, including people with severe musculoskeletal disorders. An important methodological element of the company is this corporate methodological knowledge base, which contains the results of many years of methodological work on the use of interactive equipment in the correctional and developmental work. The basic experimental platform, which accumulated data from a unique network of interactive inclusive centers of the Mykolayiv region, formed on the basis of Briolight products, was the Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University. The created methodical base allows the specialist who works with the company's equipment to get acquainted with educational and methodical materials, to publish the experience and to order new interactive exercises from the manufacturer. Some results of methodical work are published in the form of scientific works (Vasyliev AA, Nord GL, Zakharova LG).

Software innovations the innovative function “Correctional generator” has been introduced, which allows to build a methodically sound set of interactive effects, according to the correctional needs of each specific child or group. The program interface is adapted for easy use in working with children with SEN. In particular, the following innovative functions have been developed:

• effects library with filters for selecting interactive effects according to various criteria: purpose, subjects, number of children;
• playlist with the ability to duplicate and customize effects from the library; create folders with groups of effects (complexity, speed, playing time, etc.);
• lesson folders: the ability to create your own folders with separate sets of effects and settings for certain groups of children, or individually for each child;
• adjustment of levels of complexity of each effect with independent settings for fast and convenient adaptation of effects to the individual child, etc.

Unique hardware innovations : created “interactive combines”, which is a means to use several correction techniques in one workplace. For example, a combination of an interactive panel with a large motility controller, or an interactive speech therapy mirror with a fine motor controller. Such combinations can significantly increase the effectiveness of classes. The next innovation is the function of the interactive floor “Hands apart from feet”. This is a unique software and hardware development Briolight, which allows you to independently control individual elements of interactive effects with your hands, and, at the same time, other elements with your feet. It should be noted that the interactive equipment produced by the company is included in the “Typical list of special means of correction of psychophysical development of children with special educational needs who study in inclusive and special groups of preschool institutions.”
