On 17 May 2018, educational and rehabilitation equipment was demonstrated at the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration. Briolight founder Andrii Vasyliev introduced the company's products and interactive inclusion methods.
Visitors included Maryna Poroshenko, wife of Ukraine's then president, as well as local mayors, regional administrators and other officials.
What was presented?
Interactive learning areas attracted attention. Children could take part in movement games or answer curriculum questions by stepping on the correct projected answers.
Briolight presented its interactive floor, sandbox and panels. Other exhibitors demonstrated individual school desks and equipment for modern primary classrooms.
When would schools receive the equipment?
At the time, schools were expected to receive many new items before the beginning of the school year under the New Ukrainian School reform.
Maryna Poroshenko had previously attended the signing of a memorandum between the Petro Poroshenko Foundation and communities of Mykolaiv region on the project “Inclusive Education – a Measure of a Nation's Awareness”.
