Procurement justification

An interactive floor helps create a modern developmental support environment for individual and group sessions with children, including children with special educational needs.

The interactive floor combines physical activity with cognitive, sensorimotor, communication and learning tasks. It supports motor coordination, spatial awareness, attention, memory and interaction skills while sustaining children's interest in regular sessions.

Purchasing an interactive floor strengthens an institution's resources and expands its capacity for developmental and special educational support. Different specialists can use one system across several areas of work, helping the institution reach more children and use its resources more efficiently.

Learn more

The Briolight interactive floor combines physical activity with cognitive tasks in individual and group sessions. Because the projection responds to the child's movements, specialists can use activities addressing accuracy, speed and sequencing of movement, attention and memory.

Development of motor praxis. Developing the ability to plan, organize and carry out purposeful movements in the required sequence.
Visual-motor coordination and spatial orientation. Coordinating visual perception with body movement, improving movement accuracy, spatial orientation and postural control.
Voluntary attention and memory. Completing game-based tasks that require concentration, remembering conditions, retaining instructions and responding at the right time.
Self-regulation and interaction. Following game rules, taking turns and coordinating movements during group work.

Methodological value: interactive movement activities combine physical and cognitive development, sustain motivation through a game-based format and allow the level of difficulty to be adapted to the child's individual abilities.

Delivery, installation and commissioning

We deliver interactive floors across Ukraine by carrier or Briolight transport, depending on the model, configuration and region.

The S26 model is prepared for self-installation using the supplied instructions. For other models, professional installation may be included or ordered separately, depending on the selected configuration.

During installation, Briolight specialists install and configure the equipment, calibrate the interactive area, verify the software and provide initial user instruction.

Delivery and installation in frontline regions or rooms with non-standard technical conditions are agreed separately.

Warranty and service

Briolight provides warranty and post-warranty service and keeps equipment spare parts in stock. For reliable and safe operation, maintenance is recommended once or twice a year, depending on usage intensity and operating conditions.

The interactive floor warranty is 12 or 24 months, depending on the selected model. It covers manufacturing defects in the equipment and software when the installation and operating requirements in the product instructions are followed.

The warranty does not cover mechanical damage, liquid ingress, unauthorized intervention, incompatible components or damage caused by unstable or poor-quality power supply.

To protect the equipment from voltage fluctuations and emergency outages, we recommend a voltage stabilizer or uninterruptible power supply. During thunderstorms, prolonged downtime or unstable mains operation, the equipment must be shut down correctly and disconnected from power.

The specified service life of the equipment is five years. After that period, continued operation, modernization or replacement is decided following technical diagnostics and in consultation with the customer.
