Scope and Acceptance
This Privacy Policy forms part of the terms governing the free Briolight and Spokiy mobile applications published on the Briolight Google Play developer page. It describes the developer's published privacy practices. The original Ukrainian policy is available at briolight.com/policy/.
1. Purpose of Data Processing
By downloading and installing an application, users are asked to review this policy. Users who disagree with the terms should refrain from installing the applications. The developer may change this policy and publish a revised version at the same URL.
2. Information Collected and Processed
The Ukrainian policy published in May 2023 states that the developers do not collect data from users of the Briolight and Spokiy mobile applications.
3. Other Responsibilities
According to that policy, using the applications is anonymous. This historical statement has not yet been independently checked against the current application versions, permissions, embedded SDKs or Google Play Data safety disclosures.
4. Contact
If a user contacts the developer, the developer may request additional information needed to respond. A request may not be processed if necessary details are not provided.
